The living room has a large sectional - no pull-out sofa sleeper! Includes Stressless leather recliner!

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
Tower III at Calypso Resorts is a smoke free resort!
***Parking at Calypso Resort***
Calypso Resort Association (Towers I and II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three resort towers. Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $50 Guest Registration Fee to that association. A separate link will be emailed at least two weeks prior to guest arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to that association. Once completed a guest parking pass will be emailed to the guest. If you do not require vehicle parking, please let us know and disregard the guest registration request. Depending on availability, a second vehicle parking permit may be purchased which requires another guest registration and $50 fee paid directly to that association. Please let us know as soon as possible if a second parking pass is desired or if there are any questions related to vehicle parking or this process.
***Beach Chairs***
This unit includes two chairs and one umbrella setup daily by the professional beach chair services provider (seasonal, provided March through October, specific dates set by services provider).
