Calypso 2-1009, West Corner Unit - 3 BR 3 Bath - Best on the Beach!!

This is our personal unit (owned by Beachscapes) and has been completely remodeled. West Tower corner 3 BR 3 Bath unit on the 10th floor! New paint, fixtures, furniture, and furnishings!! Includes all new Sony TVs, all with Netflix included. Sonos stereo system in the living room and kitchen. Electric blinds for all windows providing open views of the beach with the best westerly views down to Destin.

The living room has a large sectional - no pull-out sofa sleeper! Includes Stressless leather recliner!

** King bed in master, queen in middle bedroom, a full and twin bunk set in front bedroom.**

** Conveniently walk to City Pier, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more**
** Minutes to Shell Island, Ebro Greyhound Racing, Frank Brown Recreation Center (ball park and aquatic center), etc. **

Gulf front condo located next to Pier Park. Panoramic views of gulf and gulf-front lagoon pools. Interior Designer decorated and furnished. Kitchen fully equipped with granite counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances.

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.

Tower III at Calypso Resorts is a smoke free resort!

***Parking at Calypso Resort***
Calypso Resort Association (Towers I and II) is responsible for the garage utilized by all three resort towers. Guests requiring vehicle parking are required to register and pay a separate $50 Guest Registration Fee to that association. A separate link will be emailed at least two weeks prior to guest arrival to complete this registration and to make payment to that association. Once completed a guest parking pass will be emailed to the guest. If you do not require vehicle parking, please let us know and disregard the guest registration request. Depending on availability, a second vehicle parking permit may be purchased which requires another guest registration and $50 fee paid directly to that association. Please let us know as soon as possible if a second parking pass is desired or if there are any questions related to vehicle parking or this process.

***Beach Chairs***
This unit includes two chairs and one umbrella setup daily by the professional beach chair services provider (seasonal, provided March through October, specific dates set by services provider).

"This was our second time staying in this condo and it was wonderful again! All the comforts of home just as described in the listing and photos. The beach was so clean and the included chairs/umbrella are a bonus! Being near Pier Park is one reason we enjoy Calypso. No need to get back in the car to go anywhere because its all in the Pier Park complex! The owners are wonderful to work with!

"This was our first time staying in this unit. We were very pleased. The owner was very responsive. The bed was super-comfortable with plenty of pillows and very comfortable blankets and bedding. The kitchen had extra things like a Keruig, blender, plastic storage container, dish detergent, dish washing detergent. There was even laundry detergent which we didn't use; we brought our own. The deck had very nice lounge chairs and high seat chairs. The view of the bridge and ocean was spectacular! The couch is a bit uncomfortable but was not a game-changer for us. The room was quiet and peaceful. The overhead fan in the bedroom was very nice. It only has one speed-full blast, which was fine with us too. We would definitely come back to this room in the future. We are already looking for a time to return.
